My experience at this community so far have been good. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The staff are great from management to employees and maintenance. They all work together to get the job done. I also love the convince of the shopping centers around this area!

I've been in my apartment for a week now. I am very happy there. The staff has been nothing but Nice. I'm happy with my neighbors too.

This is by far the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I have stayed in "fancier" places when I lived in Savannah for a short time, but the quality of the staff here is unmatched, the shopping and dining in this are are superb, the complex is quiet and clean, and I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

The staff was extremely helpful for my move and very nice. I loved that maintenance came up right away when I had an issue with the water heater. He was very nice. And my WELCOME basket was a great touch!

The staff is quick and on top of each of the services that and supply the necessary to complete each problem. The neighbors are friendly and the community as a whole is great!

Overall quiet, clean and nice complex. Kind, friendly neighbors. Maintenance and office staff is attentive and courteous in a timely manner (despite recent discrepancy). Conveniently located near everything possibly needed.

I recently retired and moved to the area. I have always owned my home but tried renting so I could check out the Las Vegas area. I really like this location and I enjoy the apartment complex. You always keep things in good repair and the landscape is well maintained. The pool area is clean and a relaxing place to just sit and read a book. My apartment is perfect for me. All the appliances work perfectly and the floorplan is well thought out. I thank you for making this a wonderful home for me.

Great living area, close to everything, shopping centers, freeways, and schools. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Great workout room, not big but everything we need to keep in shape. Tanning bed is a great feature if being out in the sun is not an option. Love this place.

Great staff. Marion has been very helpful. The staff is easily available. We chose Serene Rancho not only for its welcoming appearance but its location as well. Right in front of it is the gas station and a Wendy's and across the street is a plaza with a bunch of eateries.

Rancho serene apartments are located where there is access to almost anything you need. Shopping, restaurants, bus services. This is a quiet community, and pet friendly. The staff is friendly, and maintenance is fast getting what you need done. I'm very happy that I chose rancho serene apartments as my place to live.

The facility is well kept. The area is great to get around the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are a nice size and are in great shape. Neighbors are respectable and friendly. The swimming pool is well kept and a nice size for families and friends.

Great location...easy access to public transportation, many convenient stores, markets, shopping, and restaurants. Easy access to the strip and downtown and freeway...it takes less than 30 minutes to commute. Overall it's great! :)

Upon arriving at rancho serene luxury apartments, I was greeted friendly by the office. I was given many options that would fit my liking. I was showed one and two bedroom apartments. I was set on the two bedroom apartment that was located by the pool that I knew my kids would enjoy. The area is awesome and I would recommend rancho serene to anyone who asked.

The management here has always been very good. Maintenance staff is very responsive, even on holidays. The grounds are well-maintained, and my apartment is very comfortable. The location is excellent, with many shopping and dining options within easy walking distance.

I have lived at Rancho Serene, going on 3 years now, and I am very satisfied with living here. Every time I've had an issue with something needing to be fixed, it is usually fixed that day or the next, very quick. The office staff is very nice and friendly.

Everything so far has been amazing. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The unit itself is very clean there is no mold or rust and everything is intact. The complex is well maintained, they have people working on site almost every day to keep up with the place. Over all my experience here has been amazing.

I have lived in this community for over 2 years and love it! The staff keeps the property clean and safe and I have not had any issues with noise.

Love living here! Management staff is always helpful and very caring. It is quiet and calm as well. One of my favorite things here is the maintenance staff. They are ways prompt and complete their work so fast. The staff makes it a point to get to know you and that makes it feel like a family.

Before I moved in I got a little nervous from reading the reviews on here. But now that I live here I realized they were wrong! I love it at Rancho Serene. It’s peaceful, safe, and always kept clean. The first week I moved in I needed my dishwasher fixed. The same day I called they came and brought me a brand new one. Best place I have lived so far. :]
